I. Yuan-Spirit Resonance: Experiencing Joy and Bliss Through High-Frequency Vibration

張元明大宗師自 2012 年起常言：「唯有當個體靈魂引力波與宇宙引力波同頻共振，方能開啟元神感應之門。」此一理論以量子振動頻率為核心，指出人體乃小宇宙，宇宙乃大生命體，兩者之間可藉由高頻炁場實現共鳴。當人之心神、氣血、意識三者同時進入高振動狀態時，便會感得身心舒展、精神輕盈，並進一步產生「天眼內視神光觀照轉化」的靈性經驗。

在此境中，修行者能於清醒夢與天眼內視神光觀照轉化之間，見到光之流、能量之網、乃至宇宙本源的旋渦形炁動。張元明稱之為「神遊虛空」——元神脫離形體，進入真實的虛空維度。那裡沒有重力與時間的束縛，只有無限的光、樂與覺。此乃康樂幸福的最高頻狀態，是靈魂永生的初證。

English Translation:
Since 2012, Grandmaster Zhang Yuanming has emphasized that “only when the gravitational waves of one’s soul resonate with those of the cosmos can the gate of Yuan-Spirit resonance open.” His theory, based on quantum vibration frequency, regards the human being as a micro-cosmos mirroring the macro-cosmos. When the energy field of the body reaches a high-frequency state, the individual’s consciousness harmonizes with universal intelligence. In this condition, one experiences expansion of mind, liberation from heaviness, and awakening of the Celestial Eye of Divine Light Observation and Transformation.
This inward journey, which Master Zhang calls “divine travel through the void,” transcends gravity and time, revealing realms of pure radiance and bliss — the first stage of immortal awareness.

二、能量高振動頻率與靈性思維

靈性覺醒並非外求之事，而是能量振動頻率的提升。張元明指出：「念頭愈少，振動愈高。」當人腦持續在思慮、焦慮、評價中運轉時，意識波動紛亂，靈光被遮。唯有當思緒歸於寧靜，心靈恢復透明，內在的能量方能流動自如。

試想人生中最愉悅的時刻——或於山巒日出、或於摯愛相擁、或於創作靈感爆發——那一刻，我們並未思考，而是純然存在。此「無念之境」，正是高振動頻率的體現。高頻者，其氣脈暢通，免疫強健；心境安寧，對世界感受更為明朗；亦能吸引同頻之人事物，共創中和與幸運。

靈性修持的目標，非在逃避現實，而在調頻現實。當個體振動頻率提升至與宇宙愛與智慧的波長一致時，生命將自動顯化健康、幸福與創造力。此即「負熵養命」之實踐：減少思緒熵增，恢復靈魂秩序。

English Translation:
Spiritual awakening is not an external search but an elevation of vibrational frequency. Zhang teaches that “the fewer the thoughts, the higher the vibration.” When the mind is filled with endless thinking and anxiety, the light of the spirit is dimmed. Only when thoughts subside and clarity arises can the inner energy flow freely.
Think of your happiest moments — watching a sunrise, embracing a loved one, or the instant of creative inspiration. In those moments, you were not thinking but being. That state of thoughtless presence is the manifestation of high vibration.
At high frequency, Qi flows unobstructed, health strengthens, and perception becomes radiant. One begins to attract events and beings of the same frequency, generating resonance and central harmony (zhonghe). Spiritual cultivation thus is not escapism but the art of tuning to universal resonance — reducing mental entropy and restoring the natural order of the soul.

三、虛無中的照見：論神遊虛空與元神感應

III. Vision Within the Void: On Divine Journey and Yuan-Spirit Resonance

當感官之門向內關閉，意識由外返內，「神遊虛空」之門隨之開啟。所謂「虛空」，並非空無一物的死寂，而是萬有潛生的母體——一片無聲的創化之海。當修行者的意識沉入此靜寂中，時間與空間的界限消融，唯餘無限之「光‧覺‧存在」。

初入此境者，或感茫然。既無形相可見，亦無語言可思；然而，正是在這「無」中，顯露出「有」的真相。那無限的光，不在外，而在心；那宇宙的脈動，不在天，而在身。張元明大宗師以「天眼內視神光觀照轉化」觀照此境，見虛空之中光氣旋轉，如星河流瀑，生命於其中生滅、化形、歸一。

虛空之所以為真實，正在於它能感應。它並非死寂，而是充滿節律的靈性網絡。當元神安住其中，即可聽見「大音希聲」、見到「大象無形」——這是道家「天地與我並生，萬物與我為一」的直接體驗。

修行至深者會發現：所謂「神遊」，非外出之旅，而是意識回歸本源的「反觀」。虛空如鏡，照見心性；心性如光，映現萬物。當修者於此體悟「有生於無、實源於虛」，便超越了二元分別，進入「一以貫之」的體證。

歸來之後，日常生活已然不同。看山仍是山，但山中有光；觀人仍是人，但人中有神。這種「以虛見實、以靜化動」的覺知，使人能在世而出世，在塵而不染塵。所謂「和光同塵」，即此中和智慧的生活化實踐。

English Translation:
When the senses turn inward, the traveler enters the realm of the Void — not an empty deadness but the womb of creation. Immersed in it, time and space dissolve, leaving only the field of light, awareness, and existence.
At first, one may feel lost. Yet within this nothingness, truth reveals itself: the light is within, the cosmic pulse flows through the body. Through Celestial Inner Vision of Divine Light Observation and Transformation, Master Zhang perceives luminous Qi spiraling through the void like galactic waterfalls, where all beings arise, transform, and return to unity.
The Void is responsive; it vibrates. It is not stillness but rhythmic consciousness. When the Yuan-Spirit abides there, it hears “the Great Sound that is Silence,” sees “the Great Form that is Formless.” This is the direct realization of Daoist unity with Heaven and Earth.
The divine journey, then, is not an escape outward but a return inward — the consciousness reflecting upon its origin. The Void mirrors the mind; the mind illuminates all forms. Through seeing that being arises from non-being, one transcends duality into unity.
Upon returning, daily life changes: mountains glow with light, people reveal divine essence. This is the lived practice of central harmony within the dust — serenity amidst movement, illumination within form.

四、靈魂永生的哲學與實踐

IV. The Philosophy and Practice of Eternal Soul Life

靈魂永生，非肉體不滅之謂，而是意識不滅之證。當元神與宇宙本源共振時，個體之識海融入大識海，時間的流逝在此失效。此時的「永生」，是持續的覺醒，是對存在本身的明了。

張元明大宗師強調：「靈魂的幸福，不在彼岸，而在當下的覺知。」透過靜坐、天眼內視神光觀照轉化、調息、煉炁等修持，人得以在日常之中體悟永恆之光。當思緒止息、炁流貫通，元神自然顯現；當元神顯現，虛空亦應；此即「元神感應」的真諦。

此一修行既是哲學，也是科學；既是形上，也是實踐。它以道家「返本還原」為軸心，結合現代量子意識理論，建構出一種「炁態宇宙觀」：

萬物由炁生，炁由道化，道化於虛，虛即真實之母。

靈魂永生，正是人與宇宙同在的體現；當人覺悟此理，則憂懼盡消，喜樂長存。

English Translation:
Eternal life of the soul is not the immortality of flesh but the continuity of awareness. When the Yuan-Spirit resonates with the cosmic source, individual consciousness merges into universal consciousness, beyond time. Immortality thus is perpetual awakening.
Master Zhang teaches: “The happiness of the soul lies not in the beyond but in the awareness of now.” Through sitting meditation, Celestial Inner Vision of Divine Light Observation and Transformation, breath regulation, and Qi refinement, one experiences the eternal light within the everyday. When thoughts cease and Qi flows, the Yuan-Spirit appears, and the Void responds — this is the essence of Yuan-Spirit resonance.
This practice is both philosophy and science, metaphysical and practical. Rooted in Daoist “return to origin,” it integrates quantum consciousness theory to form a “Qi-field cosmology”:

All arises from Qi; Qi transforms through Dao; Dao unfolds from the Void; the Void is the mother of reality.
Eternal soul life is thus the realization of human unity with the cosmos — the end of fear and the birth of everlasting joy.

English Translation:
Yuan-Spirit resonance and the divine journey through the Void are both an outward voyage and an inner return. The Void is not elsewhere; it is the hidden dimension of reality. Through Celestial Inner Vision of Divine Light Observation and Transformation, we see that all beings vibrate as one. The purpose of life is not to reach another shore but to awaken to the radiance of this very moment.
Through his realization, Grandmaster Zhang Yuanming bridges mysticism and modern science, offering a living path toward health, joy, and immortal consciousness — a way to dwell within the eternal home of the universe.
